Julie was fantastic, I highly recommend her!

Julie was a great agent and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your care and patience during this sale. We simply could not have done this without you. Look no further! Julie is your agent! 5 star service and communication. Her local expert knowledge was superb.

Julie provided a solid, dependable service throughout the sale of my property at Campbell Hill Street. With twenty years in software engineering, I have seen plenty of people who overpromise and underperform, but Julie stayed grounded and kept the process moving at a steady pace. She has a clear handle on the local market and did not shy away from the practical realities of our listing. Her communication style is direct and no-nonsense, which I personally prioritise. She kept me updated at every major milestone, though there were a few moments where more proactive outreach would have smoothed over the typical selling jitters. That said, her professionalism is undeniable, and she handled the administrative side of the transaction with high competence. Julie clearly understands the nuances of the Northwest area. Her pricing strategy was realistic, and she managed the negotiation phase with a steady hand. While we did not quite hit a dream ceiling price, we landed a fair result in a fickle market. If you want an agent who avoids the usual real estate theatre, Julie is a reliable choice.

Amazing to work with! Highly recommend!

Great agent! Highly recommended!

Working with Julie Wyatt took the stress out of selling our first home in Austin, TX. From the first meeting she laid out a clear plan, walked us through the numbers, and never sugar-coated the realities of the local market. Julie’s communication was next-level: we had updates after every showing, quick responses to late-night texts, and simple explanations for each form we were signing.

I hired Julie Wyatt to sell an inherited property in Phoenix that needed work and I live out of state. Julie coordinated everything: trades for minor repairs, styling advice, and a realistic timeline so we could hit the market before the holidays. She knows the neighbourhood inside out and used that local knowledge to position the home against newer listings without pushing us into expensive renovations. When inspection issues popped up, Julie problem-solved quickly, negotiated fair credits instead of losing the buyer, and kept everyone calm right through to closing. I’d confidently recommend Julie to any seller who needs a proactive agent who gets things done without the drama.
